Consultant Registration

AMSAT, an International consulting and project management company focussing on marine and coastal resource and environmental issues, is continuing to develop its in-house expertise and is extending its databases of personnel with complementary high level technical and managerial skills and experience.

We seek Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified personnel with recent, relevant experience who would be interested in both short and/or long term consulting positions in ASEAN (particularly Indonesia and Malaysia), Indo China, PNG and the Pacific and Middle East, in the following fields:

• Tropical and sub tropical resource assessment, EIA, Coastal Zone Planning and Management;
• Fisheries and aquaculture assessment, development and management;
• GIS and related IT systems development and applications;
• Environmental monitoring;
• Resource and Environmental Economics;
• Small scale and village level enterprise development;
• Social and cultural studies including WID;
• Related training and institutional strengthening (especially policy and regulatory/legal framework development); and
• In country project management.
